Sell Simple NPT

December is all about the pre Christmas rush. We are busy helping vendors manage their last minute requests before Christmas. Many of us at the office are leaving london for Christmas and looking forward to time with our families over Turkey with home made cranberry sauce.  Although it’s a shorter month the directors were busy expanding our funding facilities to enable our continued growth plans into 2014.

We launched SELL SIMPLE ESTATE AGENCY our new online direct estate agency utilising our experience in valuing and selling to achieve a quick sale on the open market for sellers who are happy to wait a bit longer as apposed to a seven day cash sale. We have hit the ground running and visited three hundred sellers at their homes in December to arrange a listing with us for a quick open market sale.

It wouldn’t be December if we didn’t enjoy a staff night out in Central London as a reward for all the fantastic work in 2013. As expected a few beers too many finished off in Leicester square comedy. I would like to personally thank all of our staff at NPT who helped us grow to £12 million in 2013 and remain dedicated to delivering a quick, ethical and professional property sale to hundreds in vendors this year.

Our sale completed last Friday and I have to say we were very impressed with the whole service we received.
Just a very quick message to say I have now received your bank transfer of £10,000, thankyou so much! I must say I am incredibly impressed with your business model to date, and the concept in general is a stroke of pure genius and hopefully the way forward for more people to sell in the future. And you personally, of course, made what could have been a rather tedious and unpleasant process much more palatable - and I am supremely confident that you have a very bright future ahead of you Sam, richly deserved. With very best wishes
Valuers did not turn up for appointments, survey took two weeks to carry out, over a month from first contact to initial payment. Not a 7 day no hassle service at all, we wait to see how the assisted sale will pan out, but not optimistic.
