We Can Enable are a community based organisation in Hexham, serving the South West Northumberland area supporting children and young people with additional needs to access community leisure activities and local events. We currently provide a term time Saturday Club and a five week summer holiday scheme with further occasional activity days. We also provide a high quality enabling service where our experienced staff support children and young people with additional needs on a one-to-one basis in the community.

We currently support 50 children with additional needs, but there are still many families who need our support. As a small local charity with many volunteers, fundraising plays a vital part in order to continue our service.

We deliver a unique service promoting inclusion, independence, friendship and lots of fun, enriching the lives of our users and providing vital support for their families.

WECAN allows time for the children to develop socially enjoying activities with friends whilst providing respite for their parents and siblings.

WECAN will continue to support children with additional needs in the community, enabling them to take part in and enjoy social activities of their choice, to form friendships and to increase their confidence and independence.

Valuers did not turn up for appointments, survey took two weeks to carry out, over a month from first contact to initial payment. Not a 7 day no hassle service at all, we wait to see how the assisted sale will pan out, but not optimistic.
Excellent and professional. Price offered was slightly better than we thought and worked out cheaper in the long run that using a traditional estate agent.
Called enquiring about this service when our buyers, buyer pulled out last minute. The amount we needed was over 20% less than market value as set by rics surveyor. Found the operator exceptionally rude, discourteous and abrupt. Stated couldn't help. Given this company makes thousands out of other people's misfortune, one would at least expect them to be polite, empathic and customer driven. They are none of these things. Avoid.
